• Scheduled visits to the property by a member of the Property Management team

• Winterization of the property as needed
• Ensure lawn maintenance has been performed
• Check pool and hot tub services have been performed
• Mail delivery
• Clean property from litter and debris
• Run water through taps, faucets and flush all toilets
• Check behind cleaning services to ensure cabin is properly cleaned to our standard
• Visits after inclement weather to ensure property is free of damage
